NOODLES visit at the University of Ouagadougou (Burkina Faso).

In the frame of the collaboration with the Master Agrinovia, on October 20th -30th, 2011, Ilaria Proietti has been invited to give lectures on food safety and food security issues at the University of Ouagadougou. She also conducted a field investigation on the assessment of the chemical/toxicological quality and safety of street foods at Ouagadougou. The article on the chemical/toxicological hazards of street cookery has been published on the first issue of Noodles Journal “Prevention without borders”
