NOODLES starts the field survey on food safety policies and management systems

During the 2015 Agroindustry exhibition in Cameroon, NOODLES starts the field survey on food safety policies and management systems

During the national Agroindustry exhibition (www.sialy.net) organized in Yaoundé, Cameroon from April 21st to 27th, NOODLES with the students of the professional Master program in food safety at University of Yaoundé I and the National Codex and Food Safety Committee (CNCOSAC) have jointly organized and conducted a field survey on food safety management systems and practices used by food industries present at the exhibition. The results of the survey are used to assess (and follow over time) the level of awareness of food industries about food safety issues and the adopted food safety policies and management systems.
