NOODLES participates the Seminar on food, culture and religions at EXPO “Feed the planet, …”

Rachel Cheng participated as Noodles representative to the “Seminario cibo culture e religioni” (Seminar on food, culture and religions) held on 20 November 2014 in Milan (Italy).

The seminar was organized by San Fedele Foundation and other partners, including Caritas Internationalis, Caritas Italiana, Expo Milano 2015 s.p.a. with the aim of contributing to the Expo “Nutrire il pianeta, energie per la vita” (feed the planet, energies for life). Rachel presents a contribution titled “Un decalogo per la cura del cibo nei paesi in via di sviluppo, con uno sguardo particolare al cibo di strada” (A decalogue for the food care in developing countries, with special attention to the street food).
